By booking a workshop at Hound Ceramics Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Workshop Bookings: All workshop bookings must be made in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds: We do not offer refunds if you are no longer able to attend your booked workshop, regardless of the reason. If you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop, we are happy to move your booking to another available session (subject to availability), or you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please let us know their name and contact details in advance. If you miss your workshop without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. We require a minimum of 4 bookings to run each workshop. In the event that we don’t receive enough bookings, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a different workshop.

Courses: In the event that you cannot attend a session in your booked course, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will try to book you into a makeup class (subject to availability). Please note that make-up classes are not guaranteed.

Age Requirements: Our classes are designed for participants aged 16 and over. A full-paying adult must accompany minors. No refund will be issued for bookings made in error. For kids' classes, the minimum age requirement is 7 years old.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in you missing essential instructions or being unable to participate. In such cases, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Health & Safety: We take health and safety seriously to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Participants must follow all instructions given by the studio staff at all times. Closed-toe shoes must be worn, and long hair should be tied back when using equipment. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional support needs before attending. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others, or disrupts the session.
