Frequently asked questions

Can I book a private event or group workshop?

Yes — we offer private events and group workshops. Contact us with your details (date, group size, preferred style), and we’ll help you plan a custom pottery experience.

Do I need to pay up front to reserve a workshop?

All workshops are first-come, first-served. To reserve your spot, full payment must be made. Until payment is received, spots are not held.

What should I wear / bring to a pottery class or workshop?

Wear closed-toe shoes. We provide aprons and towels, though it’s a good idea to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting clay on.

Are your glazes and ceramics food-safe?

Yes. All clay and glazes used in our workshops are food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and oven-safe unless otherwise noted.

Can you produce custom ceramic pieces or fulfil a bulk / wholesale order?

Yes, we accept custom and wholesale ceramic orders. Provide full details (size, design, quantity). Please note there may be limits for design/size. A non-refundable 20% deposit applies to all custom or wholesale orders.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?

Orders (excluding custom or wholesale) are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic shipping via Australia Post generally takes 2–5 business days. Tracking details will be provided.
